Prof. Suresh is passionate about teaching, and to fulfil this passion, he has developed and improved on three teaching methods: ** Learn through Problem Formulation **, ** Active Learning ** and **Learn through Teaching **. This has resulted in consistently high teaching evaluations (“*I wish that every department prof was a Suresh*” - ME 331 student, 2015), a Pi Tau Sigma teaching award, a University Housing Honorary Lecturer Award, and LEED Scholar Engineering Professor Award.
